3. Customer Responsibilities

• Ensure access to the installation area at the agreed time
• Provide accurate details during booking
• Do not tamper with or misuse the installed equipment

4. Payments

All payments must be made upon completion of the service unless pre-arranged. We accept cash, UPI, and other available methods. Delayed payments may lead to additional charges.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel up to 24 hours before the scheduled service. Cancellations made later may incur a fee. Refunds are processed based on service completion status and timing.

6. Limitation of Liability

TVSetupService is not liable for indirect or incidental damages caused during or after installation, unless directly resulting from proven technician negligence.
